The Neighbor is an awesome read!! I have read many of Lisa Gardner’s books but this is by far my favorite. Such a great storyline that draws you in and keeps you up at night. If your a fan of LG you will throughly enjoy this book!!

I recently discovered Lisa Gardner and enjoy her books. This is one of the most creative novels I've ever read! The ending was superb and I never saw it coming.

Lures you in quickly

As typical of Lisa Gardner’s book, this one lures you in quickly. For me, the book challenged some of my assumptions about sex offenders and how we rush to judge “who done it”. This book gives you a glimpse into the other side and things and how looks can be deceiving. I did have part of the ending figured out, but only part of it. Good twists and turns. Admittedly, I didn’t like most the characters in this book, even the main characters. I did like Ree, Ethan and Aiden. I’m having a difficult time warming up to DD Warren - thus far she’s not all that interesting. I think the end was a bit over the top and overly complicated, but all and all I’m still a fan.
